We have much to learn from this unprecedented workforce migration. While employees seek new opportunities for growth and stability, supervisors are working to identify and close gaps – and to make valuable changes.

While HR and marketing are often tasked with developing long term solutions, managers are most acutely responsible for short-term solutions. In this presentation, we’ll share structures to identify areas where related risks show up – and some tools and tactics to mitigate those risks.
